Back-to-School Book Drive 2025

The Atlantic partnered with the United Way of Greater Union County for its "Stuff the Bus" campaign 2025, helping kids start the school year strong. Volunteers from The Atlantic helped fill over 170 backpacks for local children in the greater Union County area. The backpacks are filled with notebooks, pencils, snack packs, and so much more.

As families picked up their school supplies, they also chose from hundreds of new and gently used children’s books generously donated by The Atlantic Members, neighbors, and staff. Each book will spread the joy of reading this school year.

Thank you to everyone who donated books and the UWGUC for uplifting those in our community.

Who is Eligible for Membership?

Membership is available to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or regularly does business in Union or Essex counties in New Jersey. Businesses and legal entities in Essex or Union counties are also eligible.

Immediate family members of existing members, including your spouse, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, stepchildren, stepparents, stepsiblings and adopted children, are also eligible for Membership. Non-related individuals living in the same household can also qualify.
