Voice Banking

Need to check your balance, make a transfer, or make a loan payment? Thea is ready to help. Simply describe the balance inquiry or transaction you'd like to complete the next time you call in to get started.

When using Voice Banking, you’ll be asked for your Member Number for your security. If you need to find your Member Number, follow the steps below.

Online Banking: Click three vertical dots next to your Prime Share account, select Account Information, and note your Account Number, which contains your Member Number.

Mobile App: Click your Prime Share account, select Account Details, and reveal your Account Number, which contains your Member Number.

Important Reminder: Your Prime Share Account Number contains your Member Number and Account Suffix. For example, for an account number of 1234567=01, 1234567 is the Member Number.

Who is Eligible for Membership?

Membership is available to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or regularly does business in Union or Essex counties in New Jersey. Businesses and legal entities in Essex or Union counties are also eligible.

Immediate family members of existing members, including your spouse, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, stepchildren, stepparents, stepsiblings and adopted children, are also eligible for Membership. Non-related individuals living in the same household can also qualify.
